What to include in a support request
To help us respond, please include the product or service you are asking about, the device or browser you are using if relevant, a brief description of the issue, and the email address where we can reach you.
Not for emergencies or crisis support
Everyday Insight does not provide therapy, crisis counseling, emergency services, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not monitor messages for emergencies and cannot respond to urgent safety concerns.
If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, call local emergency services immediately. If you are in the United States and need emotional or mental health crisis support, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Response times
We aim to review support messages as promptly as reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee immediate responses. Do not use email or Everyday Insight products for emergencies.
